NATIONAL GIRLS HOCKEY LEAGUE

About The

National Girls Hockey League

Our Mission

The NGHL is dedicated to the promotion and growth of girls' ice hockey programs across the nation and supports our clubs' vision for player-focused development and progression to the next level.

Our offerings comprise league play, showcases, and exposure clinics, and have teams competing at the 10U through 19U levels at Tier I and Tier II. All NGHL events are USAH-sanctioned.

The NGHL schedule is built with purpose—designed to create an organized, high-energy, and inclusive environment where girls’ hockey programs can thrive while contending in competitive league play and showcases. Hosted in college-rich areas that champion women’s hockey, each event puts players in front of the coaches who matter most, turning every shift into an opportunity for exposure.
