MLK WINTER CLASSIC
January 16-18, 2027
NGHL Hockey will be in Connecticut to host 14U, 16U, and 19U AAA teams playing in a showcase format (5 games).
Our Winter Classic is always a great event because college hockey is in full swing, giving teams an opportunity to skate in front of coaches AND watch some great talent from area schools, including Yale, Sacred Heart, Quinnipiac, UConn, Post, Wesleyan, Trinity, Albertus Magnus, and Conn College!

All teams must be prepared to play from 8:00 am on Saturday through to 4 pm on Monday. This showcase has a 5 game guarantee. Scheduling requests should be submitted a minimum of 1 month in advance. Email info@nghlhockey.com.

NGHL Hockey is excited to head back to Syracuse October 10-12, 2026 to host 14U, 16U, and 19U AAA teams from all over the US for our Fall Classic. This showcase is designed to provide teams with the opportunity to play five competitive games in a single weekend. The NGHL host guest teams from across the country to compete against NGHL member teams.
All NGHL events have a 5-game guarantee and are USA Hockey sanctioned.
The Upstate New York area has many colleges that support women's hockey. We encourage teams to connect with college coaches and tour some campuses. The NGHL women's college hockey map will help you plan your trip.

Kicking off the NGHL Fall Classic, our NGHL NCAA Clinic at Syracuse is an opportunity for players to develop a rapport with college coaches, experience different coaching styles, and understand the expectations of college hockey.

NGHL Dawg Daze of Summer ignites the 2026–27 season for the 14U, 16U, and 19U AAA divisions, bringing together elite teams from across the U.S. and Canada for a high-energy weekend packed with top-tier girls’ hockey and major college exposure.
With a strong lineup of Division I and Division III programs right in the region, the excitement builds even before puck drop—northeast college coaches will be on the ice at our pre-Dawg Daze Clinic (August 27), and players are strongly encouraged to turn the weekend into a full recruiting experience by exploring nearby campuses and making every moment in the Northeast count.
Alll NGHL events have a 5-game guarantee and are USA Hockey sanctioned.
Teams must be prepared to play by 7:30 am on Friday August 21, and have their final game end by 4:00 pm on Sunday August 23.
Scheduling requests should be submitted at least one month in advance. Email info@nghlhockey.com.
