For the 2025-26 Season, the Tampa Bay Lightning will proudly launch their inaugural Girls Travel Hockey Teams, featuring 14U and 16U Tier 2 teams. This exciting initiative marks a significant step in the organization’s commitment to growing Girls Hockey in the Tampa Bay area. Backed by the support and resources of the Lightning, these teams will provide local female athletes with high-level development and competitive opportunities, while fostering a strong, inclusive hockey community. The program is part of a broader vision to inspire more girls to participate in the sport and to build a sustainable pathway for female hockey players throughout the region.
